Question Things to do and questions to ask

      Hi,

I have recently started trying to have lucid dreams with quite a lot of success, apart from the length of them (some tips on increasing length would be great).

Can anybody give me a couple of ideas on things to do and more importantly questions to ask my subconscious?

      Thanks.

To help it not fade try to stay relaxed, I say its ok to be happy about being lucid but keep a "poker face."if you feel your dream starting to fade try spinning your dream character, rubbing your hands together and just try to remind ur self this is a dream and u r in control of it.

How long ago did u start, what methods ru using and how much success?

The most important thing is to ground yourself within the dream immediately after you become lucid. Remain as calm as you can, reminding yourself that you're dreaming over and over again, and touch things. That sounds stupid, but it really helps to see what things in the dream feel like; it'll help you forget about your physical body and make your mind work to create more dream sensations.

Like moongrass said, "dream spinning" helps too, but don't spin too fast, just enough so that you can see everything around you. Going too fast will destabilize the dream.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

Hahah, I tried that spinning thing the night before last span totally out of control and eventually just had to wake up as it wasn't stopping.

yea, sorry I didnt mention that but it is very important not to spin to fast, I did once and I got very dizzy, like I drank WAY to much and I think it woke me up quicker! and yes I agree with puffin touching things, try to pick up objects....
