So this is what i'm going to do (What i learned so far):
I will be using the MILD method.
When i go to bed i will completely clear my mind of thoughts and relax.
I will then repeat my mantra in my head (i will just try to recall dream(s) since i'm not too good at that)
And hopefully this should work.

From then on i will try using the tips in the link dakotahnok posted (daydreaming, multiple mantras).

Also, i will keep a DJ on my iPhone (Just bought an app) to strengthen the vividness and make me recall my dreams better.

At some point i might try WBTB combined with MILD but i think i will need some practice before trying that out.
