Are you keeping a journal, getting adequate sleep, and maintaining a fairly consistent sleep schedule? |
Okay, i have not been able to remember any dreams for the past 2-3 weeks. |
You usually don't remember your dreams when you aren't very interested in dreaming. As Mario said, are you keep a dream journal? |
I am keeping a dream journal, but the problem is lately I cant even remember the faintest bit of any dream. That makes it rather difficult to keep a journal. |
Stress and other related feelings can make this happen, is that a current problem for you? |

I'm pretty sure i'm not stressed to the point that my dreams could be affected, but i'm not exactly sure. |

Nothing is difficult in a dream, its all in your head.
