      Question Can't remember any dreams

Okay, i have not been able to remember any dreams for the past 2-3 weeks.
Any ideas as to why this is happening and how to fix it?

Are you keeping a journal, getting adequate sleep, and maintaining a fairly consistent sleep schedule?

You usually don't remember your dreams when you aren't very interested in dreaming. As Mario said, are you keep a dream journal?

I am keeping a dream journal, but the problem is lately I cant even remember the faintest bit of any dream. That makes it rather difficult to keep a journal.

Stress and other related feelings can make this happen, is that a current problem for you?

Try analyzing your emotions when you wake up. Whether or not you remember a dream, it can affect your mood.

      don't worry and don't stress!
try meditating or just relaxing in general before going to bed!
i had this to! but slowly but surely i'm gaining recall! like a week ago i rememberd almost nothing!
now i remember small visuals and feelings. it might sound like nothing worthy but believe me it helps!

I'm pretty sure i'm not stressed to the point that my dreams could be affected, but i'm not exactly sure.

Nothing is difficult in a dream, its all in your head.

Dream journal! Dream journal! Dream journal! Dream journal! Dream journal! Dream journal!

      Welcome to DV!

(Sorry, just can't stress enough that you should keep a dream journal! The things really do work wonders!)

Also, if you ARE keeping a dream journal and can't remember anything at ALL.... I think that you CAN remember something! How are you feeling when you wake up? Do you feel tired (obv)? Do you feel like you're missing something? Happy? Excited? Depressed? What?

Even if you write down a sentence at first. With enough time and effort, eventually, you will start having floods of memories come crashing down on you! It starts small, and recall can come very gradually for some - but with persistence you will get there!
