I have just started my first step to LD, to get a much better dream recall. I have pretty huge problems with that. Last night I put off an alarm with 90 minutes intervals so I could write my dreams immediately after my REM sleep. The only problem is that when something wakes me up in the middle of the night, my only thought is to get back to sleep. Nothing seems more important than sleep right then. This night I'm going too be more strict with myself. If I can recall a dream, or just anything, when the alarm sets of, I'm going to write it down.
