I would continue to record all of your dreams, it's a way of letting your mind know you are interested in your dreams and helps induce lucids. Your call though. |

Almost my entire life I have had very vivid memory of my dreams. I never have a problem recalling them; I can remember them crystal clear days (sometimes weeks) after I've had them. |

Yeah, in your case, I would recommend just writing down the ones that you want to. The fun/interesting/detailed ones mostly, I suppose. Of course, the more you journal, the better off you'll be, but eh, I think you'll likely be fine either way. |

"...and we want punks in the palace, 'cos punks got the loveliest dreams..." - A Silver Mt. Zion
It was the best of times. It was the end of times.
Okay! Thanks for all your advice. I will definitely continue a dream journal. |

Ya I agree with Juvenile, keep writing to improve lucidity. Thats why I do it, Im like you, I dont really need a DJ to remember, they areso vivid I remember everything anyway. I keep a DJ to try and get total control of myself in my dreams |

Yeah keep with the the dream journal because not only does it help with recall it helos with lucid techniques. Like MILD or DILD. |

I was always a dreamer, in childhood especially. People thought I was a little strange.-Charley pride
If you really find it a hassle, make the entry short and to the point. Example of one of mine from today (I want to expand on it though): Go into small bld/ shed. Bats. Take pics. Guy comes to get them out |
