Oh,and I forgot to mention this in the thread, but although I lucid dream frequently,I am currently working on lucid dream control and making the dreams last longer |

OK,since if discovered lucid dreaming,I have been wanting to learn,I already have had lucid dreams in the past when I was young, like at the ages between 6-7yrs, before I knew that there was a name for it,and I never knew how to trigger it,but now I am 14,and during my age of 14 I've been trying to get better at lucid dreaming, and I think I finally reach my goal,I mean I have been on a lucid dreaming streak,I have had a lucid dream everyday for 2 weeks and a half, and still going,I am so glad. |

Wow! That's awesome! :O I want to have lucid dreams everynight too. *_* I guess I'll have to start meditating. }:< What do you do when you're meditating though? What do you think about? How long do you meditate? |
|
The question about meditation, one of the things that you should focus on is awareness. Try to stay aware of your current moment and task at all times, that should increase the length of your dreams and the chances of going lucid. |
