I just need some tips on how to make myself more awake when my alarm goes off in the night, so then I can get ready to do WILD

It can be as easy as staying awake more. Using a computer can also help wake you up, because it has a backlight which tells your body it's time to wake up (but don't use it for too long!).
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.
