I find that waking up in "panic" and turning off the alarm as fast as I can is a sure way to shoot my dream recall in the chest. I've put up another alarm on my phone that goes off 5 minutes later, and during that 5 minute snooze, I try to recall what I can. There's not much you can do, but perhaps use an alarm with a "softer" ringtone or one of those lamps that imitates a sunrise.
