This is in no way an attempt to top justkillingtime's introduction post, which was phenomenal to say the least, but after seeing that post, I felt like I had to make an introduction post as well. |

Hi, welcome to Dreamviews! |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

Hey thanks so much! I appreciate it! |

Yes, wake induced lucid dream (WILD) is when you induce sleep paralysis. From what you've posted, it seems you've got everything down just like Robot_Butler said. I'm not sure what to recommend in your case. |

Your routine sounds excellent! When you focus your intent on lucid dreaming, try to picture what it will feel like to become lucid. Imagine yourself performing a reality check or becoming spontaneously lucid. Don't just tell yourself. Picture it happening. It helps me lock the intention in my mind. |

Haha right on! Sometimes I drink a glass of orange juice. Will that produce the same effect? Or is apple juice different? |
|
I'm actually unsure about that... Sorry. |
