ok so ive never attempted either of these two techniques and im just not comprehending how they work...so heres what i think i understand...
For WILD you lay down as into go to sleep close you eyes and relax but keep you mind going as in counting or something... but i just dont understand how i can go to sleep while counting without loosing consciousness..and the WBTS is as i understand you wake up interrupting a REM cycle and staying conscious for from what i have read from varying sources between 10-15 minutes as far up to a hour. then go back to sleep, so i guess i really need someone to break down how WILD works because i just cant wrap my brain around it Please and thank you
