I've felt vibrations running along my arms and legs, and also in my stomach (which snapped me out of the SP because it tickled). I've also experienced the feeling of acceleration and loud whirring/noise, along with high-pitched beeping. |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

I think your expirience is pretty much the same and acceleration seems to be the better word that fits the discription than wormhole lol. |

I've had sixteen WILDs and got the accelerating sensation in about half of them. I don't think the SP symptoms have much to do with whether or not the WILD will be successful, though - all you really have to do is visualize where you want to go, feel the sensations of the dream, and expect to be in a different location or enter a false awakening. Sometimes WILDs are just destined to fail, though. |

Well, I agree with the above poster. Kinda like I'm being sucked into my bed. I get the sensation of being "heavier" sort of, and tinnitus gets really, really hectic like my brain is ringing and I focus on that really hard and it usually turns into music. Then it goes from super dark (with closed eyes) to simply... electric?! And then I think of what I want to see when I open my eyes and I see it. (although sometimes it's kind of not quite what I was hoping for. |

well ill try again tonight and see if it happens again. |

I've only had failed SP attempts so far, but my heart beats really fast and I get this sensation in my head- like I'm hearing something loud, but I'm not really hearing it (if that makes any sense). There are pinpricks all over my body, like when a foot falls asleep or something, and it's really heavy. |

i only made it into SP once, and that time i got so excited that i woke up, but it felt like i was in bed, i could still hear what was going on in the real world, such as the music i was listening to. i felt a little more lightweight than normal, and i hallucinated feeling my dog curled up next to me, and i hallucinated hearing thunder. that's all i remember. |

I have returned, but I'm not the same
I'm a shadow, a shell, it's no longer a game
Peace is dead, peace is gone
All that remains is a chilling song
Nearly all my WILDs wake me up from an intense headache. But in the successful ones I feel vibration and a feeling of acceleration, and occasional voices. But SP and WILD differs from person to person. |
