Hi guys,
Im very new to DV but have been doing the research and am keeping a DJ. Also been setting myself alarms to wake up at 4.5, 6, 7.5 hours and recording the dreams. Im also doing reality checks regularly.
My dreams seem to have no consistency and I never have recurring ones which is making it very difficult to realise that I am dreaming. Although the dreams are bizzarre and unrealistic, I tend to just go along with them and cannot step back and question my surroundings or how I got where I am. I cant seem to think at all whilst i'm dreaming let alone ask myself if I am dreaming. - Any advice?
Im telling myself last thing at night that I will be able to control the dreams, and am following as much of the advice I can that Ive found on the site.
Just wondering if there are any specific techniques to helping make my dreams more clear and allow me to have more of thought process whilst in them.
