hallucination -hypnogogia stage help!

okay i can get to the hypnogogia state when my eyes are closed and i see patterns of colours and sometimes flashing of images... and this morning i went into the hypnogogia state and a ball came towards me and hit me in the ribs i felt the pain abit and heard it hit me! i woke up instantly as my body moved if i actually got hit by a ball!!! am I nearly getting there? is it a start of doing a wild?? Help will be appreciated
