      Question why am i missing this each time

      every time DC's tell me about LD i don't RC although i do it throughout the day and i have enhanced my awareness a bit (like from 5% to 40%)
      like :
      D1{me:is this world real
      dc:no it isnt its not the real one just a copy }

      D2{i know that if i am dreaming that what i write will dissapear when i write something it dissapears and instead of getting lucid i simpl try to rewrite the disappeared words}

      D3{me and a character arguing on how lucid dreaming is real he tells me that it is false
      and i reply that it is true}

      maybe you should perform an RC whenever you hear the word Lucid. Also I read that if you expose yourself to a lot of readings and information on lucid dreaming then your conscience will be more open to the idea of lucid dreaming.

      How often does this happen? With time you'll get used to checking reality slightly more effectively, and you won't get so frustrated. You could use the MILD technique before going to bed to try and prevent this happening to you again.

      I've been trying WILD for a couple of days now without much of a success... well... yesterday night I dreamt I was reading a forum (not this one, another forum I'm actually part of) and there was a discussion on LD. I was talking about my issues and another user answered something like "WILD should not be your first attempt. You should DILD first then WILD". Guess what?... I missed it.

      Oh no! That is just unfortunate. Either that, or you have a deep-rooted fear of lucid dreaming so you're preventing yourself from becoming lucid. I'm going to go with the first one

      Tell me about it! It's getting so frustrating But I understand that I've been trying this for not-so-long so I figure I should just be patient. WILD is definitively not doing it for me as it only forces me to stay awake... for some reason I cannot do it right... so I'll just lay down and wait for a signal. My dream recall has improved incredibly, so at least I got that. I guess my DJ will be fulll of entries in no time.

      A good chunk of lucid dreams happen without any sort of "trigger" whatsoever; it's more about awareness than anything else. For instance, I always become lucid when I'm just walking around my house, running around, or talking to someone. I've only become lucid once from someone telling me that I was dreaming. When I had woken up from that dream, I realized that I had already been fairly aware, but to get that lucid dream I just required a bit of a push from a DC.

      Think about it - lucidity is basically just another word for awareness. So, practice this more in waking life.

      It's good that your DCs are talking about dreaming a lot, though - it shows that lucid dreaming is on your mind. You're very close.
      We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
      some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.
