Smile Figured I'd better say "Hi!"

Hey there, I wanted to start Lucid Dreaming and I figured a good place to start would be registering.

I have read the best place to start is with a Dream Journal, I intend to use my iPhone as a voice recorder, anyone else do the same?

I'm definitely going to write them up after and post them here, I'd like to share.

Anyways, I should be off to bed shortly.

      Night.

G'night and happy dreaming. You're on the right track.

Welcome! This is, in my opinion, the best place to learn how to become lucid. Plus there's tons of awesome people here! Definitely start with a dream journal. It's important to start improving your recall first because you could be lucid in a dream and not even remember it. You should also look into ADA and sleep supplements.

Good luck to you and remember one of the most important things about LD: Be positive!

      Welcome to the forum Charleytan!
I hope you enjoy your stay here at DV, this is most defiantly one of the best places to start your research.
Personally, I use a notebook to directly write down my dreams after I awake.
I have yet to start my dream journal entries here on the forum, but I am really looking forward to doing so.
I'm also looking forward to reading over some of your "dream writings" sometime here in the future!
Since I am currently unable to post links to other threads at the moment, I went ahead and shot you a message.
The link I have provided within said message, will lead you to an article here on DV, it contains basic overviews of various "Lucid Dream Induction Techniques" within.
Better yet, just click on the hyper link on the words within quotation marks above, it will bring you right to the article I was speaking of!

If you happen to have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask, as we would be more than happy to help you out with whatever it may be.
We have quite the community here on DV, and just about everyone is always willing to help out!
I'm glad to have you with us here on the forum, I am a new member myself, but I have been lurking about, off and on for awhile.
I can assure you that you will fit right in, hope to see you around!
