If you realized you were dreaming, then it can be considered a LD. Maybe next time you can try hand rubbing, or focusing on small details in the dream. For some people, spinning makes the dream collapse easier. I'm not saying that was the case with you, but it's something to be aware of. Better luck next time

Congrats! Like Raphael said, if you were aware on some level that you were dreaming, then it was a lucid!

Spinning, in dream stabilization context, should only be done slowly - it's basically just so you can take in your surroundings and get all the details of what's around you. This makes your mind fill in missing pieces of the dream, allowing you to stay in the dream longer and make it become more stable. If you want to teleport by spinning, do it a bit faster but never lose awareness of what's around you, or stop thinking about the location you want to be in while you're spinning; that can destabilize the dream. Teleportation is easier if you just walk through a door and expect the location to be on the other side, visualizing it as strongly as you can as you open the door.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

Congrats on your LD! Too bad it was short. But remember, when you do become lucid you shouldn't focus too much on one thing as this might result in you waking up. That's why a lot of people rub their hands. Because it is a fast movement and often makes the dream more vivid.
      Good luck!

Sure sounds like a lucid to me! Read up on some stabilisation tutorials and make sure you don't get TOO excited when you realise you're dreaming, though that is tough the first few times In no time at all you'll be LDing heaps!
