Thread: Back and more determined than ever!

Hey DV,

I was interested in lucid dreaming a few years back and had started a dream journal. But then I got lazy and just sort of lost motivation as time went on. I was bored at work today and decided to read some the DJs of some of the people here(Nomad and Raven's especially omfg epic dreams)

Long story short, I'd really like to restart my lucid dreaming practice!

I was wondering what types of DJs most people use now a days? I've got an iPhone app that records dreams but I'm not sure if that'd be the best choice. I just find it convenient to type out details right in bed on my phone

i wake up in the middle of the night or in the morning to record my dreams in a a spiral note book as my dream journal so just use whats best for you

You should use whatever method works for you, I think most people on here either use the DJ section on the forum, or write in a notebook. The important thing being consistent with it.

I just have a big messy notebook covered in scribbles, doodles, and notes.

Personally I use my iPhone and an app called iDream. It allows me to keep a journal AND get signs interpreted. It's really neat.
