      Hello!

I've been lucid dreaming for a while but have recently lost the ability to do so due to myriad factors. I think I'll stop lurking around the website and actually partake in subjects and conversations in the hope in increasing my likelihood of LDing. Part of my problem is that I never think about LDing on a regular basis anymore so no RCs= no DILDs. I already know that this is a great community/network of people, so I hope that you'll welcome me with open arms!

Welcome to dreamviews. Try drawing a dot on your hand. When you see it, it'll remind you to think about lucid dreaming and reality check.

      Good luck lucid dreaming.

      Welcome back!

Just being on Dreamviews and reading through topics really helps to get lucid dreaming back on your mind. Be sure to look through the Dreamviews Wiki if you haven't already; it has lots of good information on recall and lucid dreaming techniques. Don't hesitate to ask any questions you may have!
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

Try to have a watch beep every 30 minutes or something to get in the habit of RCing, after a while it will become more natural.
Just try to get back into it, it can be tough, but worth it ~

Actually, I've gone so far as to think about tattooing RC on my wrist. Only my other wrist I usually write "how did you get here?" But now that you mention it, a dot seems simpler.

I have WILDed several times which have been SO MUCH more gratifying than DILD's, but the first thing I need to work on is dream recall. Waking up next to a significant other makes it more difficult.

Are you going to be keeping a DJ here?
