      Vibrations

      Hey everyone i have another question.

      One night, i was lying completely still like i do when i go to sleep but after awhile, it feel like my whole body was vibrating, like literally pulsing. I got scared and freaked out and opened my eyes and the sensation went away.

      Was i entering SP? or was it something different? About to Astral Project?

      It sounds like you could have been entering SP, but you never know. As for Astral projecting, that is not scientifically proven and is more Beyond Dreaming.

      Yeah i'd say it was SP, vibrations are a common hallucination when entering SP, at least from what I've read.

      sound like you were about to seperate from your body, which means you were about to obe. did you have any previous dreams most obe's happen in the non rem stage. namaste. Either or congrats, cause what you experienced was a great step forward.
