      Yes, you! I would just like to point out I am new here.

      I'm Vincent and I'm 13. I haven't tried lucid dreaming yet, but I am hoping to in the next few days. I'm just focusing on been aware I'm dreaming during dreams now. I'm trying to preform frequent reality checks. But can't find a pattern that coincides with my daily life and my dreams.

      I'm hoping to start a dream journal soon, I already have a few entries on my computer. But I need to do it more frequently, every day preferably, but remembering dreams are something I also want to focus on.

      So, that's me, Lion. ROAR!

      Just start up with reality checks and being aware. There doesn't have to be a coinciding pattern with dreams and waking life, just do reality checks spontaneously throughout the day. And do them when odd things happen.

      Just keep up with the dream journal, don't stress over it though do whatever works for you.
      keep positive about LDing and don't give up~

      Remembering dreams is definitely something you want to be able to do, as is keeping up with a dream journal. I haven't had good recall lately (dryspell), and had a nice, long lucid a few nights back... Unfortunately, I could only remember a minute or so of the dream! So yeah, recall = important.
