Every night I'll have been laying down long enough and not moving to notice that my legs feel like I cant moove them. Eventually it moves up to my arms. however I can still move them. Then when I try to fall asleep I can't because I'm so aware so I just move my arms and legs a little and let my mind wander, and unoticably fall asleep. My question is what do I do when I get to that feeling in my limbs, and if I should just keep |
