      Can you listen to Binaural beats to LD at night?

      I only hear about the morning tech. and other stuff, but when your going to sleep for the night, can you still listen to binaural beats to Lucid Dream

      Yes, you can keep the beat on repeat on night long if you want, or you could just listen to it once or twice right before going to sleep. If you keep it in all night, you can also hear it inside of your dream and realize you are dreaming!

      Personally, I can not. I find it too distracting. I have huge success using binaural beats for meditation and trance induction, but they have never worked for lucid dreaming. I've had some OBE type experiences with some Monroe Institute guided meditations, but they were never fully immersive like a good lucid dream.

      Can anyone recommend a good track to try that is not too distracting?
