Actually recall can be influenced by a variety of factors. The easiest method I've found to keep it high is to write dream journals everyday... that seems to be the most influenctial aspect I've come across... judging by the many people who say the same thing. |

Well I've read in a few guys that Screens can be stimulating and make you less likely to fall asleep as fast, im not sure that its related to recall per-say, as i think a lot of DV members are on IRC right up until they are about to sleep |

Thanks for the answers guys. I also had another question. I usually do not have very vivid dreams. For example today i was laying in bed trying to remember my dream however i gave up and stood up. I remember my dream all of a sudden. Is there any tips for more vividness? |

I'd also like to know what techniques you guys use and the best tutorial for me. I need everything regarding DILD's or WILD's |
