yes but on some instances just read his tutorial



if you suck at recall maybe you should sleep at least 9 hours per night
if you really suck at recall you will have to sacrifice for some time your sleep pattern and wake up after rem cycles at night , i will later on post a chart of the rem cycles and the time i think you should wake up

Are you planning on doing a different technique each week? If you are, it's not really a good idea because each technique should be tried for at least a month to see if it really works for you.

I agree with Raspberry, give the techniques some time.

Maybe you should ask a Dream Guide or another good lucid dreamer to join your group?

well cant puffins technique be used with like all others. it seems like it it should be done every now and then like a rc

You can do SAT while practicing MILD and other techniques.
It's more of a thing to do in the day, and yes, it's better to stick with techniques for a long time. i.e MILD.

no no its just that i wanted a learning partner at first but then a mentor but if there a really classes ... the thing is i awaited tutoring but they said it stopped, so
