      Greetings again DV users,

Here's a little more info and questions for those of you who would prefer more:
I've been practicing the WILD method with great success (in the very distant past now), but somehow I seem to have lost that spark that was keeping me going. I am no longer able to enter sleep paralysis (in a state of awareness). I felt it for a moment a couple of days a go but it vanished just as quickly as it came.

Am I no longer taking lucid dreaming seriously? I stopped writing in my dream journal months ago thinking that it was no longer necessary (since this method is wake induced after all). Are DJs really important for every technique?

I became interested in the idea of controlling my dreams in April of 2011 (this year), due to a couple of accidental lucid dreams I had in the past. I quickly learned to enter sleep paralysis by relaxing my body by allowing thoughts to flow past, basically just allowing myself to "empty my mind" et cetera.. I was able to get all the way to full SP (at night time) but am no longer able.

By sifting through some of my older threads I have figured out why. It is because I am somehow forcing my attention upon staying aware; hence the reason why I can no longer achieve sleep paralysis.

Once again, any fresh suggestions and ideas are welcome.
