      More Noob Questions

So, I have a few questions.

The other night I had a LD. When I was tring to get back to sleep I kept waking up in that sort of half groggy state because I was having these scenes appear. I don't know if they were dreams, but they were waking me up. What is that? Is it like a DEILD?

Last night as I was driffting off, I think I was feeling the beginnings of SP. I could move if I put effort into it, small effort. My fingers a toes were kinda twitching. My eyes were closed, but I was seeing stuff like colors. Then my breathing changed and the whole feeling/experience made me laugh. What was that? It happened like three times before I quit my mantra.

Is it normal to have a uneventful dream night after a night of 1 LD + 4 other dreams? Because last night sucked only one dream I could recall and it was fractured and crap.

Unless you were lucid and consciously entered the dream, no that wasn't a DEILD, but a similar concept.

Yeah you were feeling the vibrations that you get before SP, I get this too, the feeling after is very off putting and I tend not to relax, which makes it harder to progress, but attempt to maintain the previous relaxed state, and you will go further!

I don't think LDs affect the chance of having a good dream, perhaps look at the time you went to bed, but then again, it's all just chance.

I did go to bed last night one hour earlier and got up an hour earlier, so that could have affected my recall or cycle. So, what do I do with the relaxed state? How long do I stay like that? It sounds like the start of WILD episodes I've read about.

      Thanks Archer!

What I do is just 'passively' observe, just watching what happens, but not interfering, if you don't move at all including your eyes, you will eventually transition into the dream.
Just keep trying and using WBTB and you will have success, but WILDs are the hardest technique, so don't be annoyed if you fail!
      Good luck

You are on the right track. Pay attention to all these things that happen as you fall asleep. You need to become familiar with all these weird things that happen to your mind and body as you are falling asleep.
