      If you haven't yet, I suggest having a look through the Wiki to see the different induction techniques, and be sure to start journaling your dreams - you'll need decent dream recall because if you can't remember your regular dreams, lucid ones will be harder to remember as well. While you're in the wiki, keep an eye out for MILD, DILD, and WILD, which are the three main techniques that lucid dreamers start out with; MILD and DILD are probably the easiest and fastest to produce results. I also have a thorough DILD guide in my signature, if you're interested in reading it. You might find the help you're looking for in the Wiki, but if you don't, feel free to ask around. There's many people willing to help, including myself.

      Also, just a quick note to both of you guys - please don't make posts with such little content, because such posts might be seen as spam or empty space and be deleted. This is a lucid dreaming forum so posts should have something to read in them.
