I had cases of sleep paralysis in the past, where I'd find myself immobilized upon waking up in the middle of the night, with hallucinations accompanying the background. And used to happen frequently. While sleep paralysis is often associated with vivid visual hallucinations, In my case it's mostly auditory. It's very terrifying, and difficult to explain as to it's not really anything you could hear in the normal course of things in real life. It kinda sound like clanging metals getting fragmented, shattered, pounded, and all the crazy stuffs that could be associated with getting dilapidated in all possible ways.

It starts of with a minimal volume, and the sound and speed gets rapidly maximized drastically, repeated, and it's unbearable, the sound literally scrambles your head. It normally lasts for a few minutes, 5 minutes minimum, to undefined lengths of time as it feels like forever.

In my last encounter, I found myself running outside the room as I was seriously scared shitless, crying in panic 'cause I couldn't bear it. Normally I'd find myself immobilized with the same context of sounds plaguing me, but on that occasion, there was something really heavy lying on my back, and my back felt getting gradually warmer. There was a satanic scream associating the background, that can't possibly be surfaced in words. But it has been a while now since then.

Is there anyone quite possibly on the same page? Or am seriously I nuts?
