We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

one so far, but once I find a good alarm that turns of by itself, i'll be increasing that to 2 or 3 |

Lately like 2 times. I haven't been sleeping that well. |

Every passing minute is another chance to turn it all around.

Usually, one time each night, as soon as I notice, I fall back asleep. |
|
Usually twice during the night, then once it's morning, I force myself to sleep more for those extra long REM periods if I can. |
|
I would say zero but on nights that I actually remember what I did I usually just go in and out of consciousness. The spans of me being awake aren't that long though. (One time I got myself to put a tick mark on my arm every time I woke up, there were 7) |

"For a long time it gave me nightmares, having to witness an injustice like that. It was a constant reminder of how unfair this world can be, I can still hear them taunting him. 'Silly Rabbit, Trix are for kids!'... How come they just couldn't give him some cereal?"
0-5. Sometimes more. Average is probably 2. Varies wildly depending on what I ate, drank, and my level of intent for recall. |

I am sure about illusion. I am not so sure about reality.
It varies for me as well. Lately it's around 3-4. And I've noticed that the time it takes me to fall back to sleep has definately increased. |
