On a side note: Are you a successful WILDer? I see you have 8 lucids... How many of those are WILDs? How many tries did it take you before you WILDed for the first time?
Yes, VILD is another alternative, but to me it sounds like it's a harder technique (especially when new at WILDing). I haven't tried it yet, so of course I can't know for sure.

And yes, I'm a successful WILDer. I've had five WILDs so far. It didn't take that long for me to have my first, maybe one week with 1-2 tries each day. Personally, I dont think it's hard to keep the mind empty during sleep paralysis, because that's how I've got all my successful WILDs.

Good idea, because many people consider DILDing to be a lot easier. But, both techniques require training. It may take some time before you get results, so don't stop with trying to WILD just because you've failed a couple of times. Anyway, I'm sure that DILDing will work for you!
