Welcome, Jenos! |

I'm (obviously) new to the forums and I can't wait to get started. I have stumbled upon this sight a few times through Google, but mainly got interested from the sidebar on reddit.com/r/luciddreaming. |

Welcome, Jenos! |

Hi there, Jenos. |
|
Ey there, |
|
Welcome to Dreamviews! WILD is best done in the middle of the night 5-6 hours after falling asleep, or during a nap in the daytime, 5-6 hours after waking (or sooner/later, depending on you). It's very, very difficult to do it before any prior sleep, right when you get into bed, because you're not in REM yet, and that's when dreams form. |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.
