I'm (obviously) new to the forums and I can't wait to get started. I have stumbled upon this sight a few times through Google, but mainly got interested from the sidebar on reddit.com/r/luciddreaming.
I've known about lucid dreaming for awhile but have only recently decided to try and give it a shot. It seems like a fantastic way to relieve pent up stress and anger.
I just have one question. It's about WILD. I think it's probably my best bet to get this right, I just need to know if it will work before I go to bed. I don't have a set bed time but I have to be awake at 5:30 AM
Oh, and I lied, I have two questions. What does addiction classify as? Once a day, or week maybe? I just got out of one addiction and don't want to fall into another regardless of what it is.
