So lately I've been having dreams where I recognize something out of the ordinary (flying, doing my animal movement thing from the other thread) and then do a reality check or just assume I'm dreaming.

For both of my latest moments of lucidity, it lasted a short while and then I also started to realize I was in bed, and had the feeling of wanting to move.

What can I do after achieving the original moment of realization of being in a dream to actually STAY there?
