Go ahead and attack it from all angles. Practice awareness during the day, and use MILD at night. Hold onto the memory of your last lucid dream. Try to reproduce that feeling and state of mind when you MILD. |

Good advice Robot Butler. That's what I did and had another lucid dream last night, be it that it was once again a short one. |

Sometimes it is easier for me to fall back to sleep if I get out of bed for a few minutes, walk around, have a drink of water, ect. It sounds backwards, but it can help get me back in that, "Going to bed," mindset. |
