As enak said, you will want to start a dream journal. The dream journal can help with recall if you do not remember alot of dreams but also reminds you that your dreams are important to you. The method that works best for me as I am still fairly new to Lucid dreaming is the MILD method. Basically you raise your awareness and perform frequent reality checks.
