Hello and welcome to dream views. 6 lucid dreams in 2 months is a pretty good start. Your dream recall is strong too. I'm sure you'll do very well once your dry spell ends. |

When I use stabilization techniques they usually make things worse for me. I think this is because I worry too much about the possibility of my dream falling apart as I'm stabilizing. So my method of stabilization is to not think about it. As long as my focus is directed towards my dream things seem to be pretty stable. |

I think the best stabilization method is just interacting with your enviroment and trying to stimulate your sense of touch and sight as much as possible. |

I have been lucid dreaming for over 3 months with only 5 lucid dreams. Which is a fair rate for a beginner. But you have had 6 in 2 months? That is a very good start. |
