      Kinda new?

Well hello there, I'm Emily. I apparently joined this sight about two years ago but for reasons I guess I never had time to get on here. I'm really interested with lucid dreaming, I've only gone completely lucid once or times, and I go partial a lot. I hope I can gain full lucidity over time though. Anywho, just saying hello!

Cool, and by the way, do you have a dream journal? That is one of the best ways to boost your chances of having a LD. A dream journal is a journal you write down all your dreams you remember. If you do this often, you'll have really good dream recall and won't forget any dreams. It would suck really bad if you forgot about having a LD!

I don't right now, but I'm going to start keeping one. I can usually remember one dream a night as it is naturally but would love to be remember more and hopefully get better at it so I never forget any!

Hi, and welcome to the forum! Always glad to see more Texans!

It is true about keeping a Dream Journal; They really help with recall. When I started keeping mine I was able to retain more detail.

Writing them down and spending time thinking about your dreams also tells your brain that those memories are important to you. Your brain will transfer more of them to long term memory.

We have a lot of tutorials on this site and many have been refined by years of practice. If you want to learn more you can browse our WIKI. Additionally I and other staff members are here to help answer questions or point you in the right direction, whether you want to read information or participate in one of the classes we run in the DreamViews Academy.

You can click on any of our profile names to send a private message. We're here to help!

      Happy dreaming!
