Hello all, I am new and have lately been doing some research on lucid dreaming. I am not sure if I have ever had a lucid dream, but I have good dream recall and my dreams are usually vivid (I write down ones that I particularly enjoyed, hehe). My dreams usually come early morning, I set my alarm clock about an hour before I actually have to get up so I can wake up more 'naturally' and in that time, balancing between sleep and consciousness is when I most often dream. I have had times when I am aware that I am dreaming but am not able to control anything happening in the dream. Is that a version of lucid dreaming? Am I on the right track? Any tips and advice would be much appreciated. |
