Hello everyone, I'm fascinated about LD especially how it can be that we can create a paranormal world where we are the creator of it. |

hi there and welcome to DV. the easiest and most effective way to remember your dreams is to start a dream journal. get some paper or a notebook (clipboard binder whatever you can find) and a pencil and leave them close to your bed. make sure that it is open to the correct sheet of paper so you wont have to flip through a bunch of pages to find the right page. this way when you wake up from a dream you can instantly write it down before it starts to fade from memory. there is also a place on the site that you can post your dream journal if youre okay with other people seeing it. |

Thanks for the posts both and for the help by PM's. I will never give up thats something I'm sure about it. I can't join the class today because it's on 3:00AM at CET and that's difficult to wake up for it. My apoligises for it. |

No worries. I may be busy also. Kids like to eat at that time. |

I think it is important to remind yourself every night, as you are falling asleep. It is hard to remember things in the morning. Tell yourself as you are going ot sleep, "I will remember all my dreams, and write them in my dream journal." Say it out loud, or even write it down if you need to. |
