      Hi Folks!

      Hi everyone! I'm Ivor.

      I'm here because I wanna get my brains wired much mo' betta'. I think LD is a perfect place to start. I've had two in my life so far, and they were both shortly after the birth of my son, which was two years ago. I have sleep apnea, and sleep hooked up to a CPAP. I don't know if this is hampering me or anything, but I hope not. I'll make a thread in a relevant sub-forum about that, but this is just to say hi.

      The only thing required for lucid dreaming is sleep and awareness, and since you have experienced one before I don't see that it would be any problem.
