New LD'er joined

Hello everyone, I'm fascinated about LD especially how it can be that we can create a paranormal world where we are the creator of it. I like to learn it and to have the experience that's coming by training. But I suppose I've got a little problem. I can't remember mine dreams. How can I remember them back because I suppose that's something to start with before I can have LD's. And when must I set best my alarm to know when I need to write it down. Either I'm gonna sleep at 12 o'clock PM and sleeps till half past 10 AM.
