thanks that sounds good, my friend just found out and is really into lucid dreaming and gave me some challenges. Throwing lava balls, walking through fences and walls so I'll try them tonight but I've picked up water and molded it into shapes before so lava shouldn't be a problem. I can't remember if I've ever walked through things but wouldn't surprise me

Thanks heaps, its weird though I've started trying to lucid dream instead of just letting myself take control as soon as the dream begins. Like I've been trying to create the dream and that's exactly what's happening when I do, I have to fully create a dream world from a first person perspective and add all the dimensions to it like last night I tried creating a world where I was walking a path so just a path appeared and nothing else so I said "fine I'll just have a path in the middle of nothing for now" then because my mate wanted me to try throwing lava balls I then had to create a temporary surrounding with something to throw the lava at to see a reaction ( a tree is what I went for) I created a lava flowing thing from the ground and went to pick it up but my hand melted so rewound it and tried again but said don't melt my hand so I reached in and picked it up and threw it. It went straight through the tree leaving a hole and red hot edges which was cool but at the time I thought it wasn't what I wanted so I picked up another bit of lava and threw it again and it splattered onto the ground scorching it. So task one completed.
Then I tried walking through a fence, I imagined a barbed wire fence and walked through it... cutting me into 3 pieces where the wire was so i went back and tried different reactions until finally I walked through it. I was then wakened and realised all that took 10 minutes? its incredible how dream time and real time are so out of wack.
