      Hey again,
I've actually decided instead to use a variation of the Everyman schedule-
Basically I will sleep like this:
      24:00 to 04:30
11:30 to 11:45 (during break at school)
      18:15 to 18:30

The Everyman schedule is meant to be quite flexible so I could do a nap or two an hour earlier or later without any problems.
This way, I'm not going more than 6.5 hours without sleep.
As the two naps are short, I'm hoping of getting into the habit of entering REM immediately with them.
I may extend them a little- I have an hour-long break at school so if I felt more tired than usual, I could extend it by twenty minutes.
My friend HARRISANDERSON12, who goes to the same school as me, is also going to give this a go, but he doesn't seem as motivated as I am. I'm doing it for the supposed extra energy, better and more reliable dreams, and more free time.
I have no doubt that the first three days at least are going to be quite miserable, but Monday's out of the way and I should be used to the schedule by Saturday.
From now on though I'll post my sleep schedule related stuff in my Dream Journal as I doubt that many people would be interested if I started a thread on my personal habits.
      Thanks for the help guys!

You can start your own thread on this forum if you wish. I've seen people do it in Attaining Lucidity and General Lucid Discussion. It can help if you want more feedback though it's just fine to post it in your DJ if you prefer.

Thanks, I may do that on Thursday to say if I'm making progress, and if I'd recommend it.
It's going to be tough to change from monophasic (which I've been doing my whole life) to the new schedule but I'm hoping it'll pay off. I'll give it three weeks, and if I decide I was better off the way I was, I'll revert.

      Sorry
And yes, my name is indeed HARRISANDERSON12 on the TDU2 forums, if anyone wants to know

Consciousness: that annoying time between naps.
