      Hi!

Hi, I just found out about lucid dreaming a few days ago (had my first semi-lucid last night ) and I've gotten pretty interested, so I decided to come here.

      Welcome to the forum!

Glad to hear you are already on your way to lucid dreaming! Achieving that first lucid is an amazing feeling and it will only get better!

We have an online Dream Journal system that will allow you to record your dreams and get feedback from other members. Additionally, writing down your dreams daily helps with recall efforts and seems to increase clarity.

If you have any questions please feel free to ask in the forum or send a private message to any staff member (like Gab and I) and we will help you get the answers you need.

      Pleasant dreams!

      Welcome, Glamonis!

First of all, check out the Beginner's guide to lucid dreaming to get you started! If you have any questions after you read that, feel free to ask.

Choose a technique, stick with it, be confident, and you will have a lucid soon! Good luck!
