      Hi there!

      Hi,

      I am 10days old lucid dreaming practitioner without a success. 10days because thats when i really started to have a dream journal. I didn't truly realize the potential of it before 'really' digging into lucid dreaming, i didnt experience any kind of lucidity in my life before but imagining, and thinking about it i can say that;
      life without lucid dreaming is like dying without achieving enlightenment.

      Lately for 3-4days it is really frustrating to try to sleep, try WILD or such because i do not even recall my dreams since that 3-4days. But before that i i kind of liked the effort i put into it and somehow dreams feel somewhat different compared to 10days ago, like i am aware of my dreams meanwhile but not as in lucidity, just like because of the dream journal they are more vivid maybe its because i had 0 dream recall before journaling, remembering dreams or any stuff feels like hearing most quiet sounds, paying attention and being able to pay more attention slow by slow.

      anyways its so exciting to talk about it since you are new into it

      This forum seems to be full of great people, by the threads i read

      So hi!

      Hi and Welcome to Dreamviews!

      It's great that you were able to better your recall and realize the importance of dream journal. If you feel like WILDing, I recommend you check out the WILD class. There are more classes in DV Academy, and I would actually recommend you start with the Intro or General Lucid class.

      WILD is a very complex method, because lots of factors have to go just right for it to work. It can frustrate someone, who has not had any lucid dreaming experience prior to trying WILD. And frustration is a lucid dream killer.

      Here is a Beginners guide, where you can learn about the basics. Then post your questions and we can take it from there. Happy dreams

      Don't stress yourself out focusing on the goal of lucid dreaming. Think of all the progress you have already made improving your recall; All those amazing experiences you never would have remembered. You will get there eventually. Enjoy the journey, and all the cool dreams along the way.
