Hello Dreamviews community! I had my first lucid dream when I was 13 years old. I am now eighteen and have started reading a book called "Exploring the world of Lucid Dreaming" by Stephen LaBerge. After starting a dream journal two months ago, I have had 2 Lucid dreams so far! I am looking to learn as much as possible about Lucid Dreaming and get as much help as I can to further my skill in Lucid dreaming. EDIT-I also think it is interesting to note that when I was a child I could go into sleep paralysis on command. If I laid down, I could go into complete body paralysis in a few seconds. I hope this ability will come back. I assume it would be helpful!
