      Welcome to the forum!

Learning to experience a WILD can be really amazing, but it's not always the easiest to achieve, especially if you've never had a lucid dream before. Oh, it's not difficult but if your mind isn't used to the concept of lucid dreaming the effort may prove disenchanting.

I highly suggest reading as much as you can and keep a dream journal. The act of writing down your dreams regularly helps your mind get used to the idea that your dreams are important to you, something to keep rather than discard when you wake up. The influence of the forum by reading all the material will implant the idea in your head and will increase the likelihood of a lucid dream occurring.

In the DreamViews Academy there is a course on WILD if you're interested in learning more. There is also an Intro Class for Beginners. Check them out here: DV Academy

      Pleasant dreams!

WILD is amazing. I know it sounds cool when you read about it, but in reality... it is even better. You are going to have so much fun
