hello my fellow dreamscape adventurers , i am only new ! this is my 1st entry. ive been trying to achieve lucidity for a month or two now , i do a little research , from various sources i have received great advice , i keep a dream journal and have increased my dream recall tremendously but as of yet have not achieved 'lucidity' , my dreams are increasingly vivid but i cannot curb my enthusiasm for when i realise im dreaming , like i have when i was much younger . do u have any advice please ???? |

I can see you sleep through your bedroom window. You're killing yourself with lucid dreaming.
thanks 4 the kind words and support gab !! looking forward to checking out the classes . i have become lucid years ago when i was a young lad , but finding it hard to get back there as of recent , nonetheless i wont let my impatience stop me ! gonna take a class work on my awareness and possibly throw a few questions to those with a bit of experience like yourself and see where that gets me!! delighted to know i have a bit of support , i look forward to interacting with u in future !! |

My only advice is to take your time and enjoy the journey. Non-lucid dreams can be just as great as lucid dreams. If you are already having vivid, memorable dreams, you are on your way |
ty robot butler , tbh ive had a good 4 or 5 days pass now without me being able to recall too much from my dreams , slightly disconcerting , i'm not sure what is hindering me , sometimes i get so excited at prospect of a lucid dream i cant get to sleep and proves counter active!! nonetheless i will continue to try , i wake about 6 hours into sleep to go back and dream but to no avail , i sleep with my journal next to pillow , im doin all i can just getting a bit frustrated. grrrrrrrrrrr!!! |
i remembered again thank god!!!!! i recalled my dreams 4 the 1st time in a few days ! |
Ireland, yay!! If you need any help with DEILD or WILD just hop over to my guide (in signature) or send me a PM |

almost there in and out of lucidity on occasions but finding it hard to stabilise and do reality check!!!! recall improving but conscious dreaming only for seconds (if that makes sense) than back to normal dreaming! I WILL GET THERE |
loosing motivation sleeping pattern all askew and i cant seem to recall much , its been close to 2 weeks this is going on |
Are you keeping a dream journal? That would help with recall. How to dream journal when no recall |
i am keeping dream journal gab yes . some days i just have nothing to write in it!!!! i will often try have another snooze during day if this happens to see if anything comes ! will have a look at more dv threads and read some journals , thank you for the link . much appreciate you taking time to write . regards |

right getting back om track ,placing emphasis on reality checks , also recall improving ! i have been focusing on wbtb method .i wake up approx 5 hours after going asleep. i find when between sleep and awake - just before(or as) sleep paralysis takes affect ....... i seem to either have a FA or go into dream non-lucid or just wake up all together out of pure excitment !!!! slightly frustrated , however i will persevere . i was thinking of trying choline bitartrate , melatonine or vit b6 ??? does any1 have any experience with such things?????????? are they worth a go???? |
