      Welcome QuentinCardell!

I have learned lots of stuff in my years of practise, and even though I write and answers to questions here and there, I sometimes think that it would be better if I didn't said anything at all (atleast to beginners), because the best lesson is your own failures or misstakes. The only downside of this approach is that, sometimes the ego can get the best of you, make you frustrated and perhaps even make you stop. And that is what I want to prevent new members from doing, so if you ever need any help let me know and I will try to both help you solve your problem and understand the problem.

But all I can say is that, there is no method that can induce frequent lucid dreams, so don't look for one.

What's important in order to make the practise successful, is to have fun and practise for the sake of the practise and not for a lucid dream.

I will give you two examples to understand why.

      1. If you play soccer only to score a goal, frustration is almost guaranteed. Instead play soccer to have fun and the goal will come naturally at the same time as you have fun!

      2. If you go to a party to hit on girls, rejection is almost guaranteed. If you go there to have fun the girls will be attracted to you naturally at the same time as you have fun!

Same for lucid dreaming. If you practise and only focus on getting a lucid dream, you are more likely to fail and you will also be more frustrated when you fail.
Instead choose a method you know is effective, but most important of all, that you know is fun! Then all of the factors that get you lucid will start automatically.
You are by then not stressed of getting a lucid, because that is no longer your focus and that does alot! Calm sleep = Calm dreams.

So you see most things in life doesn't fail or succeed because of what we do, but because of what we think!

And that takes us to another important lesson.

NEVER judge yourself when you fail, instead observe yourself in third person like you were watching another person's misstake, and learn from it.

You can always ask the members of dreamviews, but remember to also ask yourself.

      Sweet dreams
