      It does help If you strengthen the habit, then your mind will get ready to start recalling dreams (and pay more attention to them), as soon as you wake up. Sometimes it does take a minute or two (I suggest you to relax, hopefully you got time to do that ^^) but the fragments do end up showing up. It's good to see that you're motivated to work on your obstacles, that's the spirit

      Thank you so much, I really appreciate the feedback. I'm focusing on doing that for the next couple weeks, I'll see how that goes~
